Today is Saturday already. The weather today is similar as yesterday or better than yesterday for suntanning. But I will not be going for suntan today. Yesterday suntan until my skin change colour. Yesterday did not train my body as I went for swimming and I assured that the building of my muscle was done during swimming. except that at night train my six pats.

Today so far I did not do anything. But I think at night I will be having dinner alone outside then intend to meet up with Meng and Lee for leisure talk and fun. But depending on tonight.
Coming Monday will be back to work already. But I only intend to work for awhile only as I want to pursue my interest.

Previous post I said that I will update about what I learned during my diving course even though I withdraw half way. I recommend you guy that take diving as your leisure activities that all. For me also the same. But you must know some basic thing about diving.

The 4 Laws
- Boyles' law (When temperature is kept constant, volume of gas and pressure is inversely proportional)
- Charles' law (Pressure is kept constant, volume of gas and temperature is direct proportional)
- Daltons' law (When pressure is increased, nitrogen concentrated in body also increased)
- Henry law (Temperature constant, pressure increased, more gas is soluble in fluid)

The 4 pressures
-Amtospheric (Pressure that exert on the surface (14.7(1bar)))
-Guage (Current pressure - Atmospheric pressure)
-Absolute (Pressur at the depth)
-Ambient (Presssure underwater)

-Sound travel faster 4 times faster in water
-Human loses heat 25 times faster underwater
-The 7 rainbow colours will look another colour underwater
-Object will seem nearer and bigger underwater

Result of 2 factors in diving (1) Weight of water surrounding and above the diver
(2) Weight of atmospheric over that water

Archimedes' principle is when an object is whally or partially immersed in a liquid.

Think I will stop at here for today. All those thing I need to memorise during th course and need to score at least 80% for the test. There still alot more thing I still need to memorise as well as some medical thing.
